THE POLIGONS
Star poligon: It's a particular poligon with a star shape, created out of linking together non consecutive vertices of a regular poligon.
Inscribed poligon: They are poligons plece inside circles so all vertices of the poligon are placed on the circle.
Circunscribed: They are poligons sorrounding a circle boing its sides tangents to the circle inside.
Equiangular: all their corners or vertices are equal.
Equilateral: All edges or sides are of the some length
Regular: All their vertices angles and sides are equal.
Irregular: Show different angles and length for their sides.
IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS ABOUT ANGLES AND LINES
Parallels: They are lines wich never intersect them selves so all their points are equidistants.
Perpendicular: They are lines wich meet forming four right angles.
Oblique: They are lines wich are not parallels neither perpendicular
Angle: It's a figure formed by two rays sharing a common endpoint.
TYPES OF ANGLES:
-Complementary angles: They are couples of angles wich sum is 90 grades.
-Suplementary angles: They are couples of angles wich sum is 180 grades.
-Adyacent angles: they are angles that share one side and the vertex.

Basic geometry concepts and definitions
Geometry: It's an area of knowledge wich studies any elements and operations on/in the plane such as point.
Greek: Geo is metry is measurement.
Point: In geometry a point can be defined as place or location were two lines intersect. A point has not dimensions, no height and no width.
Line: A one-dimensionalobject formedof infinite points. It has not end and continues on forever in an plane.
Ray: A line wich begins at a particular point (called the endpoint) and extendsendlessly in one direction.
Mindpoint: Is the point that is halfway beetween the endpoints of the line segment.
Line segment: It's a line with two endpoints.
Length: Measuremet of something from end to end.
Freehand: Draw by hand without guiding instruments, measurements.
Important definition about circles
Circle: Set of point at the same distance (equidistance) to a point called center (the line).
Circuference: It's the full length of a circle, the complete distance around a circle.
Center: It's the point equidistant to any of the points on a circle.
Radius: It's the length of a line segment from the center to perimetre.
Diameter: A line segment that passes through the center and conects two points of a circle.
